This is a simple downloads manager where your users will be able to upload files and let other members download them.
When a user adds a file to your downloads manager they will need to choose the usergroup that can download this file.
Admins are automaticly added to this and the other usergroup will be added,
so admins and the other usergroup would both be able to download these files.
If a user is not a member of that usergroup they will not see this file in any place within the system.
Users will also be able to add comments to files and there are stats next to each file like
Author
File size
Downloaded
date it was added and a description of the file.
I will upload some screen shots very soon.
This is in beta stage at this time and has been tested to be working fine.
