Эта штука сразу после установки требует лицензии. Ругается вот так:
Your licence is assigned to the different store domain. Please, login to your account in http://mirasvit.com/ and check your licence status.

Лечится этот недуг следующим шаманством: открываешь файл app/code/local/Mirasvit/MstCore/Helper/Code.php
В этом заклинании находишь следующий кусок:
(strpos($spe4a940, '127.') !== false || strpos($spe4a940, '192.') и заменить значения в кавычках на первый и второй квинтет ИПа твоего сервака. То есть если у сервака ИП 72.34.7.151 то выражение будет иметь следующий вид: (strpos($spe4a940, '72.') !== false || strpos($spe4a940, '34.')

Сохраняешь и наслаждаешься.
